It was wonderful seeing many of you at NamesCon in Austin last week. I thought it was a welcome change from Las Vegas, and I know many people felt the same.

While we were in Austin, news broke that the .org takeover is entering a new and possibly more contentious phase. The California Attorney General is looking into the deal. More than that, the attorney general is also looking into how ICANN handles price regulation. There will undoubtedly be more to come on this topic, so stay tuned to DNW for the latest.
