Last week I posted my observations about new top level domain names now that they've been available for five years.
It was amusing to see the responses in the comments section. People interpreted my post in a way to confirm their own opinion; their own tiny version of confirmation bias.
There are certain realities about new top level domains. Ultimately, though, it's not the people reading this newsletter that will determine how much success new TLDs have. It's the users. The people who need a domain name for a website. They are the ones that drive the market.
