As announced before, the company is planning to use the funds raised to purchase DirectI for $110MM USD. The stock started trading at $11 USD per share today and is currently trading at $11.11. The company owns and operates many of the big hosting and some domain registrars in North America, such as Bluehost, HostGator, Domain.com, iPower etc.     |
